Account information: name, email address, and profile photo via Google/Apple sign-in or direct entry
App usage data: lessons completed, XP earned, streak data, simulator results, and savings goals
Device information: device type, OS, and app version for technical support
Communications: messages sent via contact form or email
AI chat data: messages sent to Quinn to provide responses and improve the service

5. Children and the UK Children’s Code
Quidd is designed for users aged 13 and over. We comply with the UK Age Appropriate Design Code. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. For users aged 13–17 we apply enhanced privacy protections including default high privacy settings and no behavioural advertising.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Google Firebase: authentication, database storage, and analytics
Google Gemini API: to power Quinn AI responses
Railway: cloud hosting infrastructure only
Legal authorities: where required by law or court order
7. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. Contact us at hello@quiddapp.co.uk. We respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
Quidd uses essential cookies only to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. About Quidd
Quidd is a financial literacy educational application. All content — including lessons, simulators, and Quinn AI responses — is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute regulated financial advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Quidd. If you are under 18 you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorised access, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quidd for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer the App, use automated systems or bots, share account credentials, or attempt to circumvent security features.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Quidd offers a free tier and optional premium subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are subject to Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Quidd are the exclusive property of Quidd Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any Quidd content without express written permission.
9. AI-Generated Content
Quinn is powered by Google Gemini. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely on Quinn’s responses as the sole basis for financial decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quidd Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through App settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
